If you use GMail instructions are below; similar instructions are available for Outlook and other mail/calendar programs using the internet calendar format - iCal.

1. Using Google Calendar, click on the "down" arrow next to "Other Calendars"
2. Select "Add by URL"
3. In the Form, enter the iCal URL for your team's calendar and
press "Add Calendar"

Note: iCal links are below - simply right-click on the link and select "Copy Link Address"
